Grow with OG

Education and field experience belong together.

Landscape horticulture is a skilled trade. At OG Gardens, crew members work across garden maintenance, pruning, lawn care, plant health, seasonal work, and softscape installations. That variety creates opportunities to connect classroom learning with real conditions on North Shore properties.

We support employees who want to deepen their education and work toward professional credentials. Depending on the position and apprenticeship arrangement, OG Gardens can support Red Seal Landscape Horticulturist progression and document or sign off eligible workplace hours.

Life on the team

Time together beyond the job site.

Our team-building trips have taken us rafting and to the slopes at Big White. They give us time to get to know each other outside the workday.

Back on site, we value the same things: looking out for each other, communicating clearly, and doing our part.
