Your enquiry, handled with care.

When you send an enquiry, OG Gardens Inc. receives the name, contact details, location, selected service and message you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss the work and prepare an estimate.

Storage and access

Requests are stored through our website hosting provider and are available in an access-restricted inbox. We keep enquiry information while handling your request and any resulting work, and for relevant business recordkeeping. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Enquiry details are also sent to our business inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, so we can follow up. That provider processes the information needed to deliver the email.

Understanding website use

On our public website, we count page views, clicks on our phone and email links, and saved enquiries. These daily totals include a general source, such as Google or Instagram. The totals do not contain your contact information, IP address, a visitor identifier or the full referring web address. This counting respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

When Google Analytics is available, it loads only if you choose to allow it. It uses cookies to help us understand visits and enquiries. We do not send form entries to Google Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. You can change it using the analytics preferences at the bottom of this page when the service is available. Declining does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.

Site protection and other services

The form uses a hashed identifier to help limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider may process technical connection information to operate and protect the website.

The contact page includes Google Maps. Loading that map connects your browser to Google. Social media and review links take you to other services with their own privacy practices.
