Start with the reason the lawn is struggling
A lawn often occupies the largest part of a property. We prepare soil, remove and replace failed turf, install new lawns, and improve existing lawns with aeration, topdressing, overseeding, and practical organic approaches to moss, weeds, weak growth, and animal or insect damage.
Weak turf may be caused by compacted soil, shade, poor drainage, low fertility, moss, weeds, or wear. We assess the site before recommending repairs, renovation, or replacement so the work addresses more than the surface.
Repair, renovate or replace?
A few worn patches need a different approach from a lawn that has failed across the whole area. We look at the soil, light, drainage and how the lawn is used before recommending work. Where repairs make sense, the plan may include aeration, topdressing or overseeding. Where replacement is more practical, we discuss removal, preparation and new turf.
Make room for establishment
New sod and seed need care after the crew leaves. We discuss access, watering arrangements and the timing of the work before installation. Current local watering rules also need to be considered. Tell us if you are planning to be away or need the lawn ready for a particular use so we can work through the options.

Do you install new sod?
Yes. We prepare the area and install new lawns, with the details agreed after looking at the existing ground and access.
Can you improve a lawn without replacing it?
Often there are options worth considering first. The right repair depends on what is causing the weak growth, wear or bare patches.
